President Cyril Ramaphosa has assured the Nation that government is investigating allegations of corruption and abuse of state resources within the police crime intelligent division and the state security agency.
The president was answering questions in parliament yesterday,
Ramaphosa said the inquiry is underway to uncover the truth on this matter.
Cope leader Mosiuoa Lekota has reminded Ramaphosa by the confirmation made by the government official that there is corruption and criminal activity being committed in intelligence.
Lekota said the president should have acted a long time ago on this matter.
The minister of police Bheki Cele reminded them that the entire intelligence security agencies of our country have been busy committing what is called treason.
He said this happened under his watch because he was then a deputy president and the presidents were in control.
