Telecommunications and postal services minister Siyabonga Cwele said they have edged the independent communications authority of South Africa to prioritise the broad band data market in the country.
Cwele has been addressing MPs in Parliament during his department budget debate. He said data will fall.
Operators must allow customers to roll over their unused data. So there will be no more data expiry.
Operators must unable customers to transfer data from one customer to another customers or relatives in the same network.
He further said they must assist their children and relatives, operators are no longer allowed to automatically charge customers so cold expensive out of bundle user rate without your expressed concern.
