DID YOU KNOW: 10 October is Isambane News 22365726_174289899795391_2349627711293678732_n World Mental Health Day  Isambane. It is aimed at creating public awareness to make issues related to mental health a global priority. For 2017 the World Health Organization has made the theme “Mental Health in the Workplace” During our adult lives a large proportion of our time is spent at work. Our experience in the work place is one of the factors determining our overall well being. Depression and anxiety disorders are common mental disorders that have an impact on our ability to work, and to work productively. Globally more than 300 million people suffer from depression. More than 260 million are living with anxiety disorder and many people live with both. Today the objective is to raise awareness of mental health issues and mobilizing efforts in support of better mental health.
